Buy Generic Roszet (Rosuvastatin/Ezetimibe) without prescription in Canada

At our Canadian pharmacy, you can purchase Roszet (rosuvastatin/ezetimibe) 10 mg/10 mg without a prescription, with discreet and anonymous packaging delivered within 5-14 days across Canada. Roszet combines two lipid-lowering agents to reduce elevated LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol in adults with primary hyperlipidemia or mixed dyslipidemia. A single tablet taken once daily helps lower bad cholesterol when diet and exercise alone are not enough. Would you like to try Roszet without a prescription?

Common use Roszet

Roszet is a fixed-dose combination of rosuvastatin, a statin that blocks HMG-CoA reductase in the liver, and ezetimibe, which reduces intestinal absorption of cholesterol. Together they lower low-density lipoprotein cholesterol more than rosuvastatin alone. The medication is used for adults with primary hyperlipidemia, mixed dyslipidemia, and heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia when statin monotherapy or ezetimibe alone is insufficient. It also helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The 10 mg/10 mg strength is often chosen when a moderate-intensity statin plus ezetimibe is needed.

Dosage and direction

Take one Roszet 10 mg/10 mg tablet once daily by mouth, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water. The maximum effect on cholesterol usually appears within 2 to 4 weeks. Continue your lipid-lowering diet during treatment. Do not take two doses to make up for a missed one. Your doctor may adjust the strength based on LDL cholesterol response and cardiovascular risk. If you also take a bile acid sequestrant such as cholestyramine, take Roszet either 2 hours before or 4 hours after the bile acid sequestrant.

Precautions

Tell your doctor about all medical conditions, especially liver disease, kidney impairment, unexplained muscle pain or weakness, thyroid disorder, diabetes, or a history of gallstones. Statins can cause myopathy and, rarely, rhabdomyolysis, a serious muscle breakdown that may lead to kidney damage. Stop Roszet and contact your doctor immediately if you have unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness, particularly with fever or dark urine. Limit alcohol intake. This medication may increase blood sugar and HbA1c in some people. If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, Roszet is not recommended because cholesterol is needed for fetal development.

Contraindications

Roszet 10 mg/10 mg should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to rosuvastatin, ezetimibe, or any excipient. It is contraindicated in active liver disease, including unexplained persistent elevations of hepatic transaminases. It is also contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation, and in patients taking cyclosporine. Avoid concomitant use with certain hepatitis C antiviral regimens containing sofosbuvir/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir or glecaprevir/pibrentasvir, as rosuvastatin exposure may increase significantly.

Side effects

The most common side effects reported with rosuvastatin/ezetimibe include headache, muscle pain, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, joint pain, and fatigue. Some patients experience dizziness or mild increases in liver enzymes. Serious side effects are rare but require prompt medical attention: unexplained muscle pain or weakness, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, severe upper stomach pain, or signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, itching, or swelling of the face, tongue, or throat. Memory loss and confusion have been reported with statins, but usually resolve after stopping.

Drug interaction

Roszet interacts with several medications. Cyclosporine significantly increases rosuvastatin levels and is contraindicated. Gemfibrozil should be avoided; fenofibrate may be used with caution. Antacids containing aluminum and magnesium hydroxide should be taken at least 2 hours after Roszet. Warfarin may require more frequent INR monitoring. Certain HIV protease inhibitors, hepatitis C antivirals, and rifampin can alter rosuvastatin concentrations. Ezetimibe has few clinically significant drug interactions, but combining with fibrates may increase gallstone risk.

Missed dose

If you miss a dose of Roszet, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Overdose

An overdose of Roszet 10 mg/10 mg is unlikely to cause life-threatening symptoms. Supportive measures and symptomatic treatment are recommended. Liver function tests and creatine kinase levels should be monitored. Hemodialysis is not expected to significantly enhance clearance of rosuvastatin or ezetimibe because both are highly protein-bound.

Storage

Store Roszet tablets at room temperature between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius (68 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit). Keep the blister pack in the original container to protect from moisture and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
